We are a Chinese company located in the heart of lighting manufacturing — Zhongshan, Guangdong Province. In our 5,000 square meter factory, our skilled professionals bring thousands of solutions to life every day — from minimalist track systems to designer pendant lights and spotlights.
We produce over 100,000 products each month, with each one undergoing strict quality control.

Managing Director
The founder of the company was born in Urumqi city, Xinjiang provence, China, and graduated from Guangdong Finance University with a bachelor’s degree in Economics.
He is fluent in Chinese, English, Russian, Turkish, Kazakh, and Uzbek.
Since he founded Alif Lighting in 2015, he has remained dedicated to the lighting industry.
In his work and communication, he values simplicity, clarity, and a structured approach. Due to a busy schedule, he prefers that clients consolidate all questions and requests into a single message, allowing him to respond efficiently and comprehensively in one reply. He strongly encourages clients to use email for this purpose, and he dedicates a focused 30-minute window each morning, from 9:00 to 9:30, to check and respond to emails.

Marina Bogatyreva
Chief technology officer
Electrical engineer, who graduated from Moscow Technical University with a degree in Electrical Engineering, received a bachelor’s degree.
During her 8 years at HOFF, she was responsible for the technical optimization of the website, improving its performance, enhancing the user experience (UX), and ensuring the stability of digital processes. Marina acquired skills in front-end and back-end development, working with content management systems (CMS), SEO, and web analytics.
At Alif Lighting, she is responsible for the engineering aspects of lighting product development: designing electrical circuits, selecting components, controlling power and heat dissipation parameters, and testing the stability and safety of finished products. She also participates in improving manufacturing processes and standardizing products.
Marina is proficient in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Photoshop, as well as technical analysis and quality control tools. Her goal is to create reliable, energy-efficient, and technologically advanced lighting solutions that comply with international quality and safety standards.

Factory Director
Born in Jiangxi, China, has been working in the lighting industry since 2010 and has extensive experience. As a business partner, he is responsible for overseeing product quality and technical aspects, ensuring that all products meet high standards. With a deep understanding of production processes and technological innovation, he plays a crucial role in supporting the company's growth and driving its success.
Wen Sean
Designer
From Jiangxi, China, is an experienced designer specializing in lighting housings and specifications. He blends aesthetics with functionality to create innovative lighting products. His attention to detail ensures a balance between appearance, functionality, and structure, helping to enhance the company's product competitiveness and brand image.
