The founder of the company was born in Urumqi, Xinjiang, China, and graduated from Guangdong Finance University with a bachelor's degree in Finance. Fluent in four languages—Chinese, English, Russian, and Turkish—he has dedicated himself to the lighting industry since establishing Alif Lighting in 2015. In his work, he prefers an approach that is efficient and concise.

Born in Saint Petersburg, Russia, she graduated from Moscow Power Engineering Institute with a bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering. She has extensive knowledge in the technical field and is responsible for the technical aspects of products, website development, and marketing strategies.
